By accessing or using All Plans Go (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

All Plans Go is a group travel planning platform that enables users to create shared itineraries, track payments, run group polls, and manage members across trips and excursions. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account independently.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including plan details, event information, and messages. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and share that content with other members of your plans solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

All Plans Go provides tools to track payment statuses within plans. We do not process, hold, or transfer money on behalf of users. Any actual financial transactions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. We are not liable for any payment disputes between plan members.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption or modification to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Plans Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or travel disruptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
