How do I create a new plan?
Sign in, then click 'New plan' in the top navigation. Give your plan a name, set it as a trip or excursion, choose open or invite-only visibility, and you're ready to start adding events and inviting people.
How do I invite people to my plan?
Open your plan, go to the People section, and use the invite button. You can invite by email or share the plan link directly. Invited members will receive a notification and can join with one click.
Can I add children to a plan?
Yes. In the People section, you can add child profiles linked to a parent or guardian. Children are part of the plan but don't need their own account — an adult manages their attendance and participation.
What's the difference between open and invite-only plans?
An invite-only (closed) plan requires you to personally invite each member. An open plan generates a shareable link that anyone can use to join — useful for large groups or public events.
How does payment tracking work?
In the Payments section, you'll see a row for each member against each event. As an organiser or planner, you can update payment statuses (Unpaid, Deposit, Part paid, Paid) to keep track of what's been collected. All Plans Go does not process payments directly.
What are polls and suggestions?
Polls let the organiser ask the group a question — like which restaurant to book or which date works best. Everyone votes and the result is shown in real time. Suggestions let any member propose ideas (activities, places, etc.) which others can like or vote on.
Can I see just my own itinerary?
Yes. In the 'My Itinerary' section you'll see only the events you're attending, with your personal payment status for each. It's designed to give attendees a clean, simple view of their own trip.
How do I add a booking URL to a travel event?
Organisers and planners can add a booking reference URL to any travel event. Open the event in the Calendar section, and an edit field for the booking link will appear. Attendees can then click it to access the booking directly.
Is All Plans Go free to use?
Yes — All Plans Go is free to start with no credit card required. We may introduce premium features in the future; any changes will be communicated clearly in advance.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and select 'Delete account'. This will permanently remove your account and personal data within 30 days. Plans you own will need to be transferred or will be deleted along with your account.
